hearts for haiti

i have been thinking and pondering on what o'suz could do to raise money for the people of haiti and i wanted to do something with meaning that would also involve our loyal shoppers. this is what i came up with:
i am needle felting hearts to sell for valentines and plan to match the money made selling them, with money donated by o'suz. needle felting is a passion of mine and so i have been racing to get a bunch made (seeing as valentines is in 11 days). i may also enlist my lovely crafty lady friends at our thursday night handwork to make some so expect an array of cool choices!!! i am so excited by this idea as it is truly a labor of love, i just wish i had more time. each heart takes about 20-45 minutes to make, depending, and they will sell for 10-20 bucks (no tax added). i am even trying trying to make some flatish so they will be envelope friendly. the perfect little gift for someone far away. rest assured they will all be unique, handmade and redford approved!. ALL proceeds will go to haiti survivors.
here is a picture of a few i have made so far. they will be available for purchase beginning thursday febuary 4rth and the stock will be replenished every few days until valentines. i have 12 made so far.....

Now everybody needs to face this shocking reality:"that people need our help and fast" because what happened with them is incridable. It's what all the world have to do give our "hearts for Haiti", i'm brazilian, and we are all in this together, all the nations have to do something like Brazil already did before the disaster. but we need to make it not to be famous or say for UN:" We're here, we're doing something" No. We have to do that for the people no think about how it will be good for the image's country. Love, love, love!
